           NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

 

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Laurinburg will conduct two public hearings at 7:00 p.m. on the 21st day of February, 2012 in the council room of the Municipal Building located at 303 West Church St., Laurinburg, NC to consider the following requests:

 

  • Request for a conditional use permit to operate a carnival at 900 US 15-401 Bypass from March 1-11, 2012

 

  • Request for a conditional use permit to operate a Solar Photovoltaic Array (Solar Farm) on a 64.78-acre tract of land off US 401 Bypass
