The Finance Department provides services to the Laurinburg Community, which includes approximately 16,000 residents. Finance is responsible for Payroll, Purchasing, Budget, Accounting and City Taxes as well as Utility Billing for the entire Scotland County water area. Our offices are located at City Hall on 303 W. Church Street. Our principal obligations are to safeguard City assets, maximize revenues, provide accurate, timely and complete financial information.
