Human Resources/Risk Management
The Human Resources/Risk Management Department administers the City’s personnel policy and classification and pay plan. This office is also responsible for compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), Americans with Disabilities Act, and Wage and Hour Regulations. However, the most basic mission is the recruitment and retention of disciplined, productive employees and the maintenance of high morale and equitable employment practices.
