UTILITY BILL MAILINGS

Laurinburg, N.C. – May 9, 2025 – Due to an issue with the City’s mail service provider for the mailing of the monthly utility bills, the mailing of the May utility bills has been delayed.  The City has been working to correct this problem with the current service provider and in search of alternative providers as well in the event these service issues are not resolved.  Due to this issue, there will not be any late payment fees assessed for the May 1st utility bills.

Customers may access a copy of their bills by accessing their account online at www.laurinburg.org and clicking on the “Pay Your Bill” link on the banner at the top of the page and following the prompts.  Customers can also use the pay-by-phone service by calling (910) 276-1521 and following the prompts.  Customers can also obtain a paper copy of their bill by stopping by City Hall and requesting a copy from any of the Customer Service Representatives or by calling to request a copy by email.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue with our current mail service provider or work to find another service provider.
